Liquid Handling
Labspecials
The precise handling of liquids is a key component of many laboratory processes. It requires reliable instruments, ranging from single-channel pipettes to Multipetten®, as well as suitable Combitips® or universal pipette tips for a variety of applications. We offer a wide selection of products from leading brands to support your day-to-day work in the laboratory.
Manual dispensers such as the Multipette® M4 and the matching tips operate according to the positive displacement principle. In this system, the piston is part of the tip and comes into direct contact with the liquid without any interfering air cushion — allowing you to pipette reliably even when viscosity, volatility, surface tension, density, or the temperature of the medium (very hot or very cold) varies.
Using Combitips® advanced disposable tips significantly reduces the risk of contamination.
Why is the Multipette® M4 perfect for manual dispensing?
• Start quickly with fewer errors – automatic Combitips recognition, no calculations needed
• Process more samples in less time – up to 100 dispensing steps without refilling
• Flexible for many applications – wide volume range from 1 μl to 10 ml
• Safe and comfortable handling – step counter and one hand Combitips ejection reduce
errors and contamination
