Have you received the wrong delivery, or do you want to return a damaged item?
No problem. Simply get in touch with your personal contact or call +49 7159 1637 823. We will investigate the problem straight away and organise a return for you if necessary.
You simply need to download this return form to your computer and fill it out completely (it does not work in a web browser). Then save it and send it via button "Submit form" or e-mail to your account manager or to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the return request has been checked and we have given you our decision, package the goods up so they can be transported safely. Otherwise we will not be able to accept the goods and will not be liable for any damage sustained during their return transport.
Please observe the following conditions of return:
- The return request must have been submitted to Th. Geyer within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- The returned original packaging of the products must be undamaged and must not bear any additional labels or markings.
