LKS mbH - Agricultural Laboratory
LKS mbH - Landwirtschaftliche Kommunikations- und Service-Gesellschaft mbH - was founded in 2002 and is based in Niederwiesa-lichtenwalde, Saxony. Its core business is the analysis of animal feed, soil samples, metabolic samples and bacteriological milk testing. The aim is to provide comprehensive advice to farmers, from the relevant soil analyses to feeding and animal health.
A new laboratory building was occupied in January 2023. In a further step, the previous laboratory was converted and modernised. A usable area of 800 square metres has been created here on three levels with ultra-modern, light-flooded and economically optimised workplaces. This is the basis for a successful future, which LSK GmbH also sees beyond agricultural analysis.
The future designers at Th. Geyer have contributed to this with successful, strongly process-orientated planning.
Medical School Hamburg
The Medical School Hamburg (MSH) - University of Applied Sciences and Medical University, is a private university. It is located in the heart of Hamburg's HafenCity, with a view of the Elbphilharmonie concert hall, the Elbe, the Harbour and the Speicherstadt Warehouse district.
The university opened in 2010. State-of-the-art research labs, including teaching labs for chemistry and biochemistry as well as multi-labs, offer students the best conditions for research and application.
Th. Geyer was commissioned to install the laboratory equipment in the 550 square metre usable area, which is spread over two levels in the architecturally sophisticated building. The project started in autumn 2020, under difficult conditions in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. With our expertise and solutions, we have contributed to MSH having an excellently equipped research centre since its completion in spring 2021.
Stadtentwässerung Schweinfurt
Since 1996, Stadtentwässerung Schweinfurt has been performing the following sovereign tasks as an in-house operation of the city of Schweinfurt within the framework of the municipal code and the corresponding statutes: collection, harmless discharge and treatment of rainwater and wastewater in the area of the city of Schweinfurt, including sewage sludge utilisation and disposal. The new laboratory building was completed in September 2023.
The planning and construction management were carried out by the engineering office Miller from Nuremberg. Th. Geyer was awarded the contract for the complete laboratory equipment. The task was to equip a usable area totalling 465 square metres on one level with strongly process-oriented planning.
Th. Geyer's team of experts successfully met this challenge. The new laboratory has been in operation since its inauguration by the Mayor of Schweinfurt in September 2023.

Th. Geyer was commissioned with the planning and installation of the complete laboratory equipment.
