Filling and decanting

We mix, fill and pack products in containers of all types – whether dry or liquid formats.

Our technology enables flexible filling of a wide variety of products into diverse containers – even under difficult conditions such as the exclusion of oxygen.

In our own laboratory, we perform quality tests to be able to guarantee the safety and quality of the high-quality end products.

Filtering and sieving

We offer manual or semi-automatic filtration for most liquid and viscous materials.

The filtration process can be adapted to your individual requirements, for example by adding a nitrogen layer.

In addition, we offer semi-automatic sieving of food products in the common sieve sizes.

Mixing

Depending on the customer's requirements, we mix diverse ingredients. Our service includes multi-stage, semi-automatic or manual mixing of solid and liquid raw materials, intermediate products or end products.

We have a variety of different mixing options, for example a 200 kg powder mixer or a liquid mixer for 300 to 1000 litres capacity, which can be combined in a modular way. This enables us to flexibly offer various production processes for powder and liquid products - even for small quantities.

Our mixed products include basic and special chemicals, ingredients for cosmetics as well as premixes for food or beverages.

At each transfer point, the product can be individually assembled and packaged or integrated into the following production process.

Logistic services

As an experienced logistics service provider, we know all the handling processes and regulations that are necessary for smooth processing on the road, in the port or at the airport.

Various requirements regarding dry and cool storage as well as comprehensive expertise in handling dangerous goods and all necessary documents, both within the EU and for export, complete our logistics services.

With our flavour bestsellers from the Premium Flavour Selection, you can rely on fast availability of samples and finished goods, even in small containers.

Our partly temperature-controlled warehousing offers excellent possibilities for liquid, dry and viscous raw materials.

From the idea to the product

In a total of six laboratories, our competent application technicians develop new products for sweet and savoury foods as well as in the areas of beverages, dairy products, baked goods, tobacco and cosmetics. They carry out shelf-life tests and are happy to advise you on questions about recipes or application.
