LABSOLUTE® test tubes made of soda-lime glass are rimless with a wall thickness of 0.7 - 1.0 mm. Compared to the borosilicate tubes they are less resistant against temperature changes and aggressive chemicals.

The disposable LABSOLUTE® test tubes are ideal for a variety of laboratory work. The tubes made of PP are characterized by a high thermal and mechanical strength. The crystal-clear tubes made of high-quality PS allow optimum visibility of the samples.

LABSOLUTE® test tubes made of borosilicate glass 4.9 have a beaded rim and a wall thickness of 0.5 - 0.6 mm. Despite their thin walls they are relatively unaffected by major changes in temperature and local heating. They are resistant to cold lyes/alkaline solutions and strong acids, with the exception of hydrofluoric acid and hot, concentrated phosphoric acid.

The storage box system in microplate format comes with a coding card which enables proper
storage of samples. The box has space for 96 vessels with a capacity of 1.3 ml each. The individual vessels are made of biologically inert polypropylene, while the storage box itself is made of polycarbonate (PC). The storage box comes with a lid, ID-card and with/without 96 PP-vessels with mounted adhesive strips, and can be supplied both sterile and non-sterile.

Properties:
