LABSOLUTE® microscope slides made of soda-lime glass comply with DIN ISO 8037-1 and 8037-2. This means they are the ideal solution for excellent and reproducible microscopy results. The microscope slides, measuring approx. 76 x 26 mm, have a thickness of around 1 mm and are delivered pre-cleaned and ready for use. The 20 mm wide, coloured or colourless frosted area is at one end on one side.

Cut microscope slides are particularly economical and therefore represent an excellent alternative to the ground versions, for routine tasks. The corners and edges are 90° for all cut microscope slides.

The ground version of the slides is used to avoid cutting injuries or glass breakages during automated processing. Microscope slides have corners with either 45° or 90°. The edges are 90° for all ground microscope slides.

Adhesion slides ensure quicker flatness and better adhesion of the samples. The microscope slides with a white frosted area and ground edges are supplied in shrink-wrapped plastic boxes of 72 pieces. The angle of the edges and corners for both items is 90°.

The white LABSOLUTE® slide dispenser made of ABS guarantees clean, dust-free and clearly organised storage of up to 72 slides with a maximum size of 76x26 mm. The transparent front disc is made of PS. One slide is dispensed at a time by turning the knob. Only absolutely dry slides may be inserted.

Slide dispenser can dispense 72 slides, individually. By turning the knob, one slide is dispensed. Only dry slides should be inserted into the storage magazine. With transparent, removable upper section for easy viewing of remaining slides and clean storage. For microscope slides with dimensions 75 x 25 mm and 76 x 26 mm.

A new application method provides the surface of a slide with a permanent positive charge. Electrostatic attraction binds fresh, frozen tissue sections and cytology preparations. Also available with blue, yellow, pink or green SuperFrost marking area.

These slides have a complex adhesive technology which attracts and chemically bonds fresh or formalin-fixed frozen tissue sections firmly to the surface of the slide. Recommended for hard-to-hold tissue samples like bone, brain, breast and skin. They are ideal for special stains, immunocytochemical and in-situ DNA hybridisation on these tissue types.
