Our top-quality Taq DNA polymerase for high yields in PCR
New from BIOSOLUTE®: our Taq DNA polymerase (8181.0500) – a thermostable standard polymerase derived from Thermus aquaticus. It is characterised by its high activity and performance, as well as high yields. We are thus expanding our range with a product that is an essential part of any molecular biology laboratory!
Taq DNA polymerase is used for PCR reactions, as well as many other molecular biology applications.
The polymerase is supplied in 500 units, the reagents required for the polymerase’s activity are included in the supply (10X reaction buffer and magnesium chloride).
In addition, we are now offering matching dNTPs as a ready-to-use mix (8292.0200, 8292.1000) – an optimised mixture of the nucleotides dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at a concentration of 10 mM. The dNTP mix is also required for PCR and is suitable for numerous other applications in molecular biology, such as reverse transcription and DNA sequencing.
