Cryogenic tubes

The LABSOLUTE® cryo tubes are designed for optimal storage and preservation of biological sample materials in the gas phase of liquid nitrogen or in deep-freeze devices. The cryo tubes are produced under clean room conditions as defined by ISO 14644-1 Class 8 and US FED STD 209 Class 100000 from high-quality PP.

The integrated sealing surface of the screw caps made of HDPE is innovative and particularly practical. Leaks from the cryo tubes are therefore 100 % excluded - incorrectly positioned O-rings are a thing of the past.

The cryo tubes are available in various sizes and with inner and outer threads.

A 2D data matrix, which corresponds with the linear barcode on the vessel side, is integrated in the vessel bottom of the tubes. The dual identification enables secure tracking and facilitates handling of large numbers of samples. Tubes lock in cryo boxes and cryo racks.

Temperature resistant down to -196°C. Not appropriate for operations in liquid nitrogen. With marking area, fill line and graduations printed on the vial. Safe and precise handling of biotechnology materials. Bar-code printed on each tube. DNase/RNase free. Vials and caps are autoclavable at 121°C.
