LLG-Inline filters with PP housing. The PTFE membrane is particularly suitable for filtration of aggressive chemicals, including acids and non-aqueous solutions. Also ideal for clarifying filtration of organic solutions, sterile filtration of gases, as well as sterile aeration and deaeration.

• Multiple autoclavable at 121 °C for 20 minutes at 2 bar, max. 3 cycles

For sterile ventilation of fermenters, culture vessels, etc. or to act as a water barrier between the suction flask and the vacuum pump in filtration applications. The supported PTFE membrane within a PP housing gives excellent chemical resistance. Filter in either direction (3 bar max. pressure).

Mounted in a robust PP housing. All have a low hold-up volume. Dimensions: (diameter x length) 53 x 46mm.
Connections: For 6mm to 10mm diameter bore tubing. Also accept male luer slip.

Suitable for chemically aggressive solutions, reagents and organic solvents. Ideal for protective venting, in-line filtration and isolation applications. Non-sterile.

If you want your liquids and gases to be ultra-cleaned or sterilized during pressure filtration, then the stainless steel filter holders are perfectly designed for you. Autoclaving with membranes is no problem thanks to the PTFE-coated supporting sieve.

The filter holder made of PC is suitable for filtration of aqueous solutions. The bell-shaped base part protects the filtrate from contamination. Hose nipples can be replaced by Luer connectors to use as syringe filter holder.

Sartolab^® P20: for sterile filtration of cell culture media. Ready-to-use, disposable filtration units. Surfactant-free, 0.2µm cellulose acetate membrane (SFCA) with minimal protein adsorption. With Luer lock inlet and filling bell on the outlet.
Sartolab^® P20 plus: with additional, binding agent-free, glass-fibre (GF) pre-filter for media which are difficult to filter.

Membrane: Hydrosart^®. Suitable for the concentration of DNA and proteins. The horizontal membrane design was specially developed for the concentration of linear molecules. With Vivacon^® 500, 100 to 500 µl sample volume can be processed in a fixed-angle rotor. Complete sample recovery by reverse spin possible.

Vivacon^® 500 PCR is additionally sterilised with ethylene oxide and free of human DNA.
