The DURAN^® TILT Light Shield is a removable white silicone sleeve that covers 94% of the bottle surface. The sleeve blocks damaging ultraviolet light, protects the glass surface from damage, and facilitates safer handling.

The DURAN^® GL 56 Bottle Tags can be used for individual colour coding or for fixing the light shield to the bottle.

DURAN^® bottle top vacuum filtration units for use with the TILT bottle (using an adaptor) or 45 mm media bottles. Manufactured in a Class 100,000 Cleanroom from Class VI non-cytotoxic materials. Supplied sterile.

Re-usable DURAN^® GL 56 filter adaptor allows the use of the TILT bottle with standard 45 mm bottle top filtration units. Manufactured from inert PTFE.

DURAN^® TILT GL 56 self-adhesive cap labels can be used to clearly indicate the separate bottles of media for each cell line, or types of media.

The Matrix™ SepraSeal sealing mats are suitable for securely sealing sample tubes with or without 2D code. For sample access, the caps can be removed with the practical cap removal tool (Cat.-No. 6.254 390, please order seperately) or pierced once. The pre-slit versions are suitable for multiple piercing. The self-sealing function of the pre-slitted elastomer maintains sample integrity.

With the Matrix™ DuraSeal sealing mat (Cat.-No. 4.658 312), sample tubes are permanently sealed. The sealing mat is pre-slit for sample access and has a v-shaped design. The special elastomer ensures that the integrity of the sample is maintained. Suitable for sample storage down to -80 °C.

Materials used PP and PTFE. Flexible modular system. Five different hose diameters (3.2 mm, 6.0 mm, 8.0 mm, 10.0 mm and 12.0 mm) can be connected. Sterile pressure equalisation is possible through use of membrane filter. Unused ports can be provided with a blind cap. Typical applications: safe transfer of liquid media within a closed and sterile system (evaporation is reduced).

Consequently the DURAN PURE premium lip seal cap is particularly suitable for use in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. Due to the integrated lip seal, no further seal is needed to provide tight sealing of the bottles. Therefore it is ideal for storage and transport of sensitive products.
