Disposable filtration capsules, VacuGuard™ 150
Mounted in a robust PP housing. All have a low hold-up volume. Dimensions: (diameter x length) 53 x 46mm. Connections: For 6mm to 10mm diameter bore tubing. Also accept male luer slip.
- Hydrophobic PTFE membrane and choice of chemical trap:
- Activated carbon with 82000m2 filtration area removes organic vapours and radioactive particles
- Molecular sieve - removes water from organic and alkaline air streams
- Desiccant removes water from acidic air streams
- 99.99% of particulates 0.1µm or larger are retained
- Maximum operating pressure 1 bar (wet gas) / 4.2 bar (dry gas)
Mini-Diaphragm vacuum pumps LABOPORT® N 96, chemically-resistant
The Pump combines a high flow rate with a very compact design. Suitable for filtration, SPE, and liquid aspiration using a vacuum. Due to the manual rotational speed control, the pump is quiet, very energy efficient, and can be optimally adjusted in accordance with the application.
- Easy-to-clean surface
- Very small footprint
- Adjustable in flowrate due to manual rotational speed control
- PTFE-coated diaphragm for use with aggressive/corrosive gases and vapors
Local vacuum network VACUU LAN®
The VACUU LAN ® local vacuum network allows multiple work stations to be connected to a single vacuum pump. This is useful for almost any conventional vacuum application in a chemical laboratory VACUU LAN ® can be directly incorporated into new laboratory installations or retro-fitted. All assemblies have integral check (1-way) valves. A practical and economical solution for multiple vacuum users in a single laboratory....
PTFE Vacuum tubing with stainless steel small flanges, KF
Antistatic PTFE. Flanges in grade 1.4305 stainless steel.
Virtually smooth internal walls to prevent accumulation of condensate or particles, provide high throughput with minimal turbulence.
- chemically resistant PTFE
- antistatic according to BS 2050:1978*, <107 Ohm resistance between inside and flanges to prevent formation of electrostatic charges inside and outside, as required for ATEX applications.
Vacuum Control Unit VC 900
- Application: Rotary evaporation, Distillation, Multi-user vacuum system
- Easy to use to control the vacuum application
- Separate control unit with pressure sensors and two-step controlled valve to be placed independently from the operating unit
- Vacuum controller can be operated with components from KNF and other producers
