The red LABSOLUTE® ice buckets are made of polyurethane foam and ideal for the cooling of samples, solutions or cultures. The ice buckets have excellent insulating properties and are suitable for use with dry ice, water ice, brine and acetone.

The LABSOLUTE® mini coolers allow effective cooling of reagents and solutions. Mini coolers can be used very conveniently directly on the workbench and impress with a controllable cooling process and reproducible results.

The LABSOLUTE® Mini Cooler -20 °C in yellow offers reliable cooling for laboratory samples. Made of durable polycarbonate (PC), it maintains a temperature of -20 °C for at least 60 minutes, as long as the ambient temperature does not exceed 26 °C.

A pre-cooling period of at least 24 hours at temperatures between -20 °C and -25 °C is required for the specified cooling capacity.

LABSOLUTE® offers two effective options for cryo preservation. LABSOLUTE® Precision Freeze for an even, particularly gentle freezing process and LABSOLUTE® Quick Freeze for the rapid cooling of samples.

Controlled freezing process with LABSOLUTE® Precision Freeze: This high-quality PC freezing box enables slow, reproducible freezing of samples at a rate of -1 °C/min. When filled with 100 percent isopropanol (not included in the scope of delivery), optimum protection against rapid freezing is guaranteed. The integrated HDPE tube holder prevents direct contact of the samples with the isopropanol. The tube holder can also be used as a floating stand in a water bath for the thawing process.

The LABSOLUTE® Cell Freeze freezing aid is ideally suited for the gentle and uniform freezing of various cell types, such as stem cells, primary cells, and different cell lines. It ensures a controlled cooling rate of approximately -1 °C per minute, supporting a high cell survival rate during the freezing process.

The application is straightforward and requires no additives such as isopropanol. The freezing aid is simply placed in an ultra-low temperature freezer. Cryovials are inserted into the device and remain there for about 3 hours at -80 °C before the samples can be transferred to a liquid nitrogen tank.

The slots have a diameter of 14.5 mm and a total height of 54 mm, consisting of 34 mm in the base and 20 mm in the lid. This makes them compatible with most cryovials in the volume range of 1 to 2 ml.

The red LABSOLUTE® mini cooler 0 °C made of robust PC is filled with a non-toxic cooling gel. Pre-cool for at least 24 hours at -5 °C to -10 °C before use.

• Maintains the temperature of 0 °C for at least 2 hours

The reusable cooling packs are very handy due to their dimensions (W x H x D) of only 168 x 24 x 85 mm and their weight of 260 g. They can be used for all laboratory and transport applications. The packs are delivered filled, welded, and can be used several times. The cooling packs can be ordered individually or in cartons of 50 pieces for larger requirements. They can be used in direct contact with food according to Directive 2005/79/EU and Regulation (EU) 10/2011.

Suitable for both cooling and heating, universally usable, uniform temperature distribution within the block, ideal for all temperature-sensitive applications.

Aluminum blocks with conical compartments and closed bottom for easy and precise tempering of reaction tubes and PCR tubes. The precisely adapted shape of the borings and the closed bottom offer advantages compared with cylindrical drilled blocks with open bottom, such as much better heat transfer and temperature accuracy. The LLG-Freezing container is a simple system for rapid cryo preservation of cells in a freezer. Up to 18 cryovials with a volume of 1 or 1.8 ml can be placed in the freezing container.

Cryo.s™ are suitable for storage of cell cultures, tissue samples, microbiological samples (e.g. viruses, bacteria, yeast, other fungi, spores), material of human or animal origin (such as blood, serum, sperm) as well as antibodies, RNA, DNA and protein samples. Cryo.s™ are not intended for sample storage within reproductive medicine.

Reduce sample handling time and the need for several racks when working with samples for cold temperature storage. Patent-pending opening and closing mechanism allows the rack to expand, creating needed room for sample manipulation. The racks can be used with all freezer models. A locking rod is used to secure the cryoboxes. They are available with or without cryoboxes.
