The LABSOLUTE® petri dishes are made of soda-lime glass and supplied in two parts. The inner diameter and the height refer to the bottom plate, the outer diameter refers to the upper plate. They are autoclavable at 121 °C.

The LABSOLUTE® petri dishes are made of crystal-clear PS and offer high optical clarity. The dishes with three vents support gas exchange and are ideal for short incubation times. Dishes without vents are best suited for anaerobic and long-term work. The Petri dishes are prepared and packed under aseptic conditions. Sterilisation for the sterile dishes is done by beta rays.

Suitable for applications in the cultivation of bacteria, yeasts and fungi, as well as cell cultures. Hydrolytic resistance: class HGB 3 according to ISO 719, type III according to USP.

Made of high quality optical clear polystyrene. Produced under aseptic conditions in an ISO 6 cleanroom.

DURAN^®. With lid.Petri dishes are manufactured in a special production process which results in an even media dispersion and a uniform cell growth. Bottom and lid are absolute planar and free from bubbles and cords.

The standard round design is supplemented by a square-profile dish and the OneWell Plate™. To enable parallel testing of a single sample using different agars, divided dishes with two or three compartments are available. The product range is completed by contact dishes and graduated germ count dishes.

The Macroplate is practical and space-saving alternative to six standard petri dishes, the numeric coding allows easier identification of wells. CELLSTAR® OneWell PlateTM filled with agar, the new OneWell PlateTM can be used as an HTS petri dish for the cultivation and screening of bacteria. Handling and the required incubator space are improved compared to a round cell culture dish. Notches on the left side of the plate and the lid ensure a secured lid position.

Screen large numbers of colonies for cloning experiments, culturing bacteria, fungi and agar diffusion assays using Thermo Scientific™ Nunc™ Squre BioAssay dishes.

Divided dishes for comparative measurements/conditions or different agar systems. The Germ Count Dish Graduation and division into 10 mm squares to enable quick and easy analysis. Contact dishes are used in hygiene monitoring including detection of microorganisms and testing the effectiveness of cleaning and disinfection on flat surfaces by means of contact cultures.
