Counting chambers

Usato per il conteggio di cellule di sangue, colonie batteriche, gocce di liquido o per ogni conteggio ripetitivo. Conta fino a 9999. Si caratterizza per una manopola di resettaggio rapido, una finestra a lente per facile lettura ed un anello a dito per facile presa. Struttura metallica robusta e cromata.
Dimensioni: diametro 46 mm x Larghezza 41 mm.

Camera di conteggio monouso in plastica ottica. Dimensioni: 25 x 75 mm, spessore 1,6 mm. Varie applicazioni come: il conteggio delle cellule del sangue, la misurazione della concentrazione cellulare, il conteggio degli spermatozoi, lo studio della vitalità cellulare e il conteggio delle spore di batteri e funghi.

Spessore cella 0.1mm. Reticolo di conteggio con 9 quadrati grandi, superficie 1 mm² cad. I 4 larghi quadrati negli angoli per conteggio leucociti, sono a loro volta suddivisi in 16 quadrati con lato di lunghezza 0,25 mm. Il largo quadrato centrale è composto da 25 quadrati cadauno con lato di 0.2 mm. Ognuno di questi quadrati è ulteriormente suddiviso in 16 quadrati più piccoli con lato di 0,05 mm e area di 0.0025 mm². I 5 quadrati contrassegnati con la lettera E sono utilizzati per la conta di trombociti ed eritrociti. Tutti i gruppi di quadrati hanno linee di confine triple su ogni lato.

Meccanico, contatore da banco ideale per la conta del numero di cellule, conteggio di parti ecc. Utilizzato con etichette delle cellule del sangue in dotazione o inserendo le proprie. Ogni tasto permette la registrazione fino a 999. Una finestra totalizzatrice tiene traccia del numero totale di colpi effettuati su tutti i tasti; una campanella suona ogni 100 conteggi totali raggiunti.

Le righe sono incise nello strato di rodio e appaiono brillanti nelle normali impostazioni del microscopio. Modificando il contrasto è possibile invertire l"immagine al microscopio, per far apparire le righe più chiare o più scure secondo esigenza.

La superficie di ogni quadrato è pari a un"area di 0,0025 mm², con una profondità di 0,1 mm. Questa camera è usata esclusivamente per la conta di trombociti ed eritrociti.

Il reticolo di conteggio è inciso sullo strato metallizzato. Grazie a questo contrasto di illuminazione il reticolo può apparire con fondo chiaro o scuro a seconda delle necessità.
