Gilson’s MICROMAN® E is a fully adjustable, positive-displacement pipette that, together with its Capillary Pistons (CPs), will ensure accuracy and precision when pipetting viscous, dense or volatile liquids (e.g. oils, cosmetics, blood, glycerol, acetone), and offer full protection against cross contamination. It is also ideal for potentially dangerous liquids (e.g. radioactive or corrosive reagents).

Capillary Pistons are designed, developed, and manufactured to fit Gilson MICROMAN® perfectly. They ensure optimal performance of your MICROMAN® pipette across the full volume range.

The economical way to order tips. Each box contains 10,000 tips (10 bags of 1000 tips). Bulk Packs are sealed with a tamper-proof strip which can easily be opened for quick access to Gilson’s DIAMOND^® Tips. Bulk Packs are closed using the rapid-sealing strip to prevent contamination and loss of tips.

The capillaries or tips do not have to be discarded after each pipetting step, as residual wetting is minimal and can usually be neglected. Working temperature range: 15 °C to 40 °C.

The Transferpettor is suitable for pipetting of:

• Viscous media up to a viscosity of 140,000 mm²/s
• Media with high vapour pressure up to 500 mbar
• Media with high density up to 3,8 g/cm³
• Media that tend to foam (surfactant solutions)
