The SERVAGel™ TG PRiME™ pre-cast gels for vertical SDS have a modified Tris/Glycine buffer system (Laemmli buffer system), which not only offers a clearly extended shelf life compared to classical tris-glycine gels according to Laemmli, but also allows shorter electrophoresis times. The gels allow a separation of 3 kDa up to 200 kDa.
