I kit di rilevamento Delta Seek utilizzano la sensibilità e la velocità delle sonde di idrolisi e qPCR per ottenere i dati più precisi il più rapidamente possibile. Ognuno dei più di 400 obiettivi è specificatamente progettato per garantire il profilo più ampio possibile di rilevazione e la rilevazione di tutti i ceppi e sottotipi clinicamente rilevanti. Tutti i kit di prova sono convalidati in casa su più piattaforme qPCR per garantire funzionalità cross-platform. I kit sono dotati di campioni di controllo negativi e positivi.
Tutti i reagenti del Delta Seek vengono liofilizzati semplificando il trasporto e lo stoccaggio dei kit. I kit sono stabili a temperature ambiente per 18 mesi.

La famiglia Alpha Cycler per PCRmax offre un range di caratteristiche che sono particolarmente studiate per incontrare le necessità dei moderni ricercatori che amplificano il DNA. Fornendo flessibilità nelle opzioni di formato e blocchi (96 o 384 pozzetti), scalabilità è il nucleo del rnage Alpha Cycler. I blocchi opzionali di Alpha Cycler consentono l"utilizzo dei più comuni consumabili di diversi produttori ed include piastre a 96 pozzetti (0,2 ml), provette (0,2 ml), strisce di provette (0,2 ml) e piastre a 384 pozzetti.

The PCR-Cycler Mastercycler® nexus offers scientists flexibility in many ways. The 96-well aluminium block can accommodate different standard tube types from 0.2 mL tubes to 96-well plates. No additional blocks need to be purchased. Up to two eco-cyclers can be connected to one programmable cycler. The configuration can also include the nexus X2 eco units, so that a maximum of six independent blocks are available. The flexlid® lid can be easily adjusted in height for different containers. The Mastercycler nexus can even inform you by e-mail when the PCR run is complete.

With the Mastercycler nexus X2 you can run two completely independent protocols simultaneously. Smaller assays fit well on the 32-well block - for larger assays, which can also include more than 48 samples, the 64-well block is ideal. The larger block is available with gradient function. Like every member of the "Mastercycler nexus" family, the Mastercycler nexus X2 can be combined with all models of this family in a network of up to 3 devices. In combination with Eppendorf PCR tubes, PCR strips or separable plates, the Mastercycler nexus X2 provides you with consistent and publishable results.
