LABSOLUTE® microscope slides made of soda-lime glass comply with DIN ISO 8037-1 and 8037-2. This means they are the ideal solution for excellent and reproducible microscopy results. The microscope slides, measuring approx. 76 x 26 mm, have a thickness of around 1 mm and are delivered pre-cleaned and ready for use. The 20 mm wide, coloured or colourless frosted area is at one end on one side.

Cut microscope slides are particularly economical and therefore represent an excellent alternative to the ground versions, for routine tasks. The corners and edges are 90° for all cut microscope slides.

LABSOLUTE® Petri dishes are made of crystal-clear polystyrene and offer excellent optical clarity. The Petri dishes are manufactured and packaged under aseptic conditions; the sterile versions are additionally beta-irradiated.

The dishes with ventilation lugs support gas exchange and reduce the formation of condensation.

The dishes without ventilation lugs decrease gas exchange, which slows down drying and therefore offers advantages for long-term experiments or extended storage.

The 90 mm Petri dishes, item numbers 7696390 to 7696393, are manufactured entirely using certified green electricity. Local production in Germany ensures short delivery routes, keeping the overall ecological footprint of the Petri dishes low.

All LABSOLUTE® clear and amber volumetric flasks with accuracy class A comply with the DIN EN ISO 1042 standard. They are made of high-quality borosilicate glass 3.3 and calibrated to "In" (20 °C). All volumetric flasks are supplied with suitable stoppers made of glass or PE. A batch-specific certificate of conformity can be supplied on request.

With the exception of items 7691020, 7691022 & 7691034, the volumetric flasks have a scribed ring mark.

Crimp seals ND11 are made of aluminium. They are clear or lacquered in different colours and have a 5.5 mm hole. They are supplied with fitted septa made of a variety of materials.

These septa are temperature-resistant from -40 °C to 120 °C and ideal for multiple injections thanks to their excellent resealability properties.

Septa made of natural rubber / butyl / TEF combine the good physical properties of natural rubber (resealability) and the good chemical properties of butyl (analytical cleanliness).
