Deep-well plates

The LABSOLUTE® Deep well Plates meet all the important requirements for a wide variety of applications in cell culture, pharmacy and molecular biology. In addition to the long-term storage of samples, the deep well plates are suitable for a variety of other applications such as cultivation of microorganisms, screening tests and extraction of nucleic acids and proteins.

• The plates are made of 100 % pure polymer without additives
• Manufactured in a class 8 clean room
• Free of RNase, DNase, human DNA, endotoxins, PCR inhibitors and ATP
• Due to the precise production according to ANSI/SLAS 2004 standard, the plates are ideally suited for use with robots and automated liquid handling systems.
• The plates made of PP offer high chemical resistance (e.g. to DMSO) and are autoclavable at 121 °C.

The LABSOLUTE® sealing mats for deep well plates protect the samples against contamination and evaporation. The alphanumeric grid allows easy sample identification.

The 0,5 ml and 2 ml MASTERBLOCK® are ideal microplates for storing non-human sample material but are also ideal for cultivating bacteria or yeast. Their most important properties are biological inertness, resistance to numerous solvents commonly used in the laboratory, such as DMSO and temperature resistance from -196 °C to +121 °C.

Riplate^® round wells - Standard in Multifunction
Raised wells reduce the risk of cross-contamination and increase the security of hot sealing or sealing with adhesive foils. Riplate^® 1ml is ideal for use in a thermocycler or for defrosting of samples in a hot-water bath. The U-shaped well bottom reduces the death-volume.

Riplate^® square wells - For a Maximum in Capacity
Riplate^® SW have been developed for optimal use of capacity when it comes to sample storage. Due to the SBS-format the outside dimensions of Riplate^® are given. Form follows function: the construction of cavities is crucial for a maximum absorption of liquids.

Riplate^® medio - Saves 50% of Storage Capacity
Due to the compact construction of Riplate^® medio less than 50% stacking size is needed. Higher well rims allow an airtight closure or sealing of Riplate^® medio. The alphanumeric marking allows registration and identification of single assays.

Riplate^® 384 - Optimized for Smaller Volumes
Available in PS and PP for automated screening and storage systems. Alphanumeric marking for identification of samples. Round cavities for reduced capillary forces. With flat well-bottom - ideal for microscopic and optical applications.

Field of application: screening, sample storage et al. Ritter Riplate^® systems are in line with the SBS-standard and are suitalbe for automation systems with corresponding closing- and sealing-mechanism.
