Available in two versions:
LLG-uniSPEC 2 for standard routine measurements and uniSPEC 4 suitable for complex measurements e.g. required for quality controls. LLG-uniSPEC 4 features a small band width and a high wavelength accuracy. Both units can store and save 200 calibration curves. A pre-adjusted lamp design allows a fast and easy lamp replacement Both lamps can be individually turned on/off to extend the durability. Both versions can be used either as stand-alone units or can be operated via a PC by using the supplied software.

Das Implen NanoPhotometer® C40 UV/VIS-Spektrophotometer bietet Full-Scan-Daten von 200 - 900 nm für alle küvettenbasierten photometrischen Anwendungen in den Biowissenschaften. Eine Nachrüstung, mit der Implen Submikroliter-Zelle auf ein Nanovolumen, ist möglich. Das Stand-Alone Design und die kleine Standfläche machen es ideal für den Laborbetrieb. Wahlweise kann das Gerät mit integriertem Touchscreen und eingebautem Akku ausgerüstet werden. Während der gesamten Lebensdauer ist keine Rekalibrierung nötig.

Es liefert Full-Scan-Daten von 200-900 nm für verschiedene Life-Science-Anwendungen, wie die Quantifizierung von Nukleinsäuren, Proteine oder Zellkulturen. Das Stand-alone-Design mit integriertem Touchscreen und kleiner Standfläche machen es ideal für den Laborbetrieb. Störende Oberflächenspannung und Verdunstungseffekte werden durch die Kompression der Probe eliminiert. Durch die True Path-Technologie ist während der gesamten Lebensdauer keine Rekalibrierung nötig. CFR21-Software für 21 CFR part 11-Konformität für GxP-Umgebung ist optional erhältlich.

It provides full scan data from 200- 900 nm for various Life Science applications like quantification of nucleic acids, proteins or cell cultures. The stand-alone design with an integrated touchscreen (optional) and small footprint makes it ideal for lab bench operation. Disturbing surface tension and evaporation effects are eliminated due the compression of the sample. No recalibration is necessary over the entire lifetime due to True Path Technology.
