The wet-strengthened LABSOLUTE® filter papers exhibit a very high degree of mechanical stability. They are resistant against acidic and alkaline solutions and are suitable for pressure and vacuum filtration. They are made of 100 % cotton linters. For maximum purity the papers are acid-washed and cleaned with demineralized water. Ash content is 0.007 %.

For relatively coarse-flaked precipitates (lead, iron, silver sulphides, alkali metal carbonate, lead chromate, arsenic, antimony, cadmium, foodstuffs). Especially high mechanical strength and resistance to acids and alkalis.
