Inserts are treated and tested for good cell attachment. Available in different formats for 6, 12 or 24 well multidishes and in different pore sizes: 0.4, 3 or 8 µm. Easy cultivation of most cell types without matrix coating possible. Used in a variety of applications, including transport studies, toxicity tests, chemotaxis studies and electron microscopy. Packed in sterile Nunclon™Δ treated multidishes and resealable bags.

Cell culture multiwell plates are available in the hydrophilic surface (TC surface treatment) for improved cell adhesion and hydrophobic surface for suspension cultures and hybridoma cells. All panels can be stacked together, both with and without cover. The special design of the panels is also in stacked plates a faster heat exchange over the entire bottom surface of each plate allows . All plates have an imprinted lot number and are both pyrogens and DNase / RNase - free .

Polystyrene is particularly suitable because of the high transparency of the material for optical measurements. It is guaranteed to be sterile and non-cytotoxic and free of detectable DNase, RNase, human DNA and endotoxins.

For cell culture, Greiner Bio-One offers standard and filter cap cell culture flasks with growth areas of four different sizes. Suspension culture flasks complete the range in another sizes.They are made of high-grade polystyrene. The special design of our cell culture flasks makes it possible to efficiently reach the cell lawn with a cell scraper, whilst still providing optimal access with a pipette. The special neck
design reduces the risk of wetting the inside of the cap with medium, thus providing additional protection against contamination. The stacking rim on the top of the flasks ensures firm standing and easy stackability in the incubator.

Compact and efficient benchtop densitometers for measuring turbidity of cell suspensions in a variety of life science applications. The densitometers are designed and factory calibrated to measure turbidity in the range of 0.3 to >7.5 McFarland units (DEN-1) 0.00 to >15.00 McFarland units (DEN-1B) with a small standard deviation.

Sterile disposable flasks with white HDPE closure reduce the chance for cross contamination. Ideal for shaker and suspension cell culture, media preparation or storage. Made of light, crystal clear PETG plastic. Molded-in graduations. Leak-proof HDPE screw closures open to vent with 1/4 turn. Flasks offer a 5-year shelf life, a 10-6 SAL, are non-pyrogenic and non-cytotoxic. Individually packaged for easy storage and handling. Available with flat or baffled bottom.
