With white HDPE screw closure. Reduced permeability to CO₂/O₂ which reduces pH-shift. Bottles and closures are radiation-sterilised and pyrogen-free to eliminate costly washing, depyrogenation and autoclaving steps. Heatshrink band around closure and neck provides tamper-evident seal. Packed in shrink-wrapped trays. 2L size has molded-in handgrips and a 53-mm (53B) white closure. Bottles are sterile to 10-6 SAL, non-pyrogenic, non-cytotoxic and comply with USP Class VI guidelines. Sterile. Transparent. Leakproof. Graduated.

Non-treated, sterile multidishes for suspension cell cultures are available in formats from 4 up to 48 wells. Raised well rims lower the risk of cross contamination. Excellent optical quality. Pyrogen-free. With lid.

The surface of the tubes is coated with Thermo Scientific™ Nunclon™ Δ and designed for the cultivation of adherent cell cultures. With cap made of PE.

All plates consist of an optically clear borosilicate glass bottom. The glass bottom allows transmission measurements in the wavelength range above 350 nm. The 175 μm thick glass bottom of the SensoPlate™ is equivalent to the light path of standard coverslips. A adhesive is used for the fixing glass bottom plates to enable a minimal autofluorescence.

Combining a white or black upper structure with an optically clear, flat well bottom polymer base allows for reading from bottom and top, or both. Nunclon™Δ surface modifications are for cell culture optimized. Non-treated plates are ideal for scintillation counting.

96 Well Polystyrene Microplates are manufactured under DIN ISO 9001 guidelines and can be traced all the way back to production through a defined LOT number system. Furthermore they are footprint compatible with automated systems. Polystyrene is a highly clear polymer with excellent optical properties which makes it ideal for precise optical measurements. An it is suitable for work with cell cultures.
