Manufactured from polycarbonate with high mechanical strength and high temperature resistance between -196 to +121°C. Uniquely designed to carry 81 cryo tubes in 9 x 9 array "Hedgehog" designed tube compartments holds the tube in their position firmly. Unique design with vent and drainage holes guarantees best, efficient air circulation. Forward slope base ensures quick visual orientation. Easily stackable for reducing storage space. Hinged lid with built-in stop allows easy one-handed access to tubes. Clear box lid enables easy identification of box content and protects the tubes from dust, moisture and other environmental effects. Alphanumerical index both on tube rows and the lid enables easy identification of tube positions. Box is supplied together with a disposable forceps, made from ABS, with fine end for easy handling and fast removal of tubes.

Miniboxes made from High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) are ideal for the transport of CryoTubes™.

Safely store samples using Microcentrifuge Tube Storage Boxes. High-temperature polyurethane foam insert securely holds 64 or 81 microcentrifuge tubes sized 0.2, 0.5 or 1.5 ml.

Lid numerically coded. Temperature range -190 - 121 °C. Suitable for use with liquid nitrogen. Autoclavable. Stackable, with drain bores for dew liquids and nitrogen. Suitable for cryotubes wit a diameter up to 12.3 mm. Can also be used for larger vessels by removing the grid inserts.

The rack is made of high quality PC, making it extremely shock and temperature resistant. The scan opening at the bottom of each tube position guarantees the readability of all tube IDs in one scan. Rotation stopper at the bottom of each tube position ensures the use of automatic devices to open and close the tubes.

The Cryo Storage Box is a helpful accessory for storing Cryo.s™ sample tubes at low and ultra-low temperatures. The box material polypropylene is very temperature and shockresistant, thus allowing storage temperatures as low as -90 °C.
