Hamilton Luer Lock tubing assemblies are ideal for quickly connecting and disconnecting components with male luer locks suitable for micro fluidic applications. Hamilton offers a wide varitey of chemically inert tubing assemblies for specific fluid applications. Different gauges, lengths, hub assemblies, and fittings are available according to standard or customer specification. To build your own assemblies, Hamilton offers fitting kits and tubings. Hamilton fittings and adapters are installed finger tight and provide leak tight seal rated to 0.6 MPa.

Silicone tube, platinum-cured, reinforced material, Shore A 70. Suitable for high pressures. For sterile filling systems, water purification systems, cleaning and sterilization. Meets FDA and USP Class VI and ISO 10993.

• Temperature range -80°C to 160°C
• Smooth inner surface
• High flexibility
• Ozone and UV resistant

Clear, transparent. Chemically resistant to aggressive cleaning fluids and sanitizers. Suitable for many foods and beverages. Contains no BPA or phthalates.

Transparent. Shore A 67 (casing). Resistant to the most aggresive liquids (acids, alkali solutions, solvents of all types) and gases. The only Tygon tubing which comprises of two layers: an FEP lining internally and transparent Tygon tubing externally. This combination combines the flexibility (can be bent to narrow angles) and transparency of Tygon R 3603 with the chemical resistance of fluorine polymers (FEP). Totally odourless and tasteless. Meets FDA and USP Class Vl specifications.

Polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE), white, without pressure heat resistant to 270 °C.

Transparent, flexible, Shore A 56. Temperature range -54 to 74°C. Tygon tubing with the longest "Flex-Life" (lifespan) when used in peristatic pumps. To FDA / USP Class VI. ISO 10993, according to REACH without phthalates.Suitable for food, drinks or pharmaceutical applications. Resists ageing and non-toxic. Resistant to many chemicals.

Transparent. Density: 0.29. Shore: 72. Temperature from -78°C to 52°C.
Resistant to highly agreesive chemicals. Platicizer-free, minimises risk of fluid contamination. Exceptionally smooth inner surface inhibits particulate builtup. Low absorption maintains fluid integrity. FDA approved for food contact and NSF 51. REACH compliant.

Natural Rubber, light, transparent, sterilizable to 120 °C. Supplied in 10 m coil.

Transparent and flexible. Autoclavable. Shore A 56. Suitable for peristaltic pumps, for condensers, incubators, desiccators, gas lines and drain lines and for food and beverage dispensing. Resistant to most laboratory chemicals. Meets FDA and USP class VI.

• Vacuum range 760 mm at 23 °C to 685 mm at 60 °C
• Good tensile and tear strength
• Smooth inner surface
• Contains no BPA or phthalates

Thermoplastic elastomer, beige, Shore A 64. Can be used at temperatures from -51 to 135 °C. Can be autoclaved repeatedly, and non toxic. To USP Class VI. Fulfills FDA and NSF criteria. Suitable for laboratory, medical and research work, e.g. cell culture application. Significantly less gas leakage than silicone. Long working lifespan when used in peristaltic pumps. Ozone and UV resistant. Very good chemical resistance.
