Circulator baths

Many applications depend on a reliable source of cooling. Circulating chillers in the Unichiller range offer an ideal solution for environmentally friendly and economical cooling in laboratory and industry. There are over 50 air and water cooled models to choose from, with cooling powers from 0.3 to 50 kW. Efficient energy management in all Huber chillers ensures low operating costs and reduced usage of valuable fresh water. Huber circulating chillers are a resource saving solution with a quick return on investment.
Options on request: heating, natural refrigerant, externally open applications, winter option, outdoor setup.

Heat exchanger systems with circulation pump for connection to cooling water on the primary side. The devices provide a cooling circuit with stable pressure/ ow and adjustable operating temperature. The cooling capacity is generated using a plate heat exchanger via the cooling water. Since there is no active cooling machine, the devices operate in a quiet and energy-saving manner and are a cost-effective alternative to conventional chillers e.g. for the temperature control of Peltier elements, bioreactors, etc.

The model HTS 1 contains the heat exchanger system, however it does not have any temperature control. The device is therefore suited for applications with low requirements for control accuracy.

High performance Unichiller with Pilot ONE controller for standard applications. The Unichiller offers cooling powers up to 2,5 kW. The chiller is ideal for standard cooling applications in the laboratory or in industry. The energy efficient function of the chiller reduces the water consumption for many applications, helping to protect the environment and reducing operating costs. The models are fitted with the Pilot ONE controller including 5.7" colour touch screen and 2 x USB, Ethernet and RS232 connections. P-models include circulating pumps with a high discharge pressure for applications with high pressure drops.

The compact refrigerated and heated circulators are renowned for their high energy efficiency and on-demand and speed-controlled compressor, which reduces noise and operating costs. The high-quality isolation of the 4 l bath allows fast heating and reduces heat input when cooling. Using the external temperature control circuit, it is possible to have up to 2.5 l thermofluid without a refill. The integrated hopper and drain valve ensure safe and clean handling of the thermofluid. The HRC 2 control in combination with an external temperature sensor is perfectly suitable to precisely temper external closed or open applications.

Powerful recirculating chiller, designed for external cooling applications up to -30 °C. The energy-efficient chiller is operated with an eco-friendly refrigerant and reaches a high power density. This results in a comparatively small working space in the lab. Due to the excellent temperature stability they can handle even sophisticated applications. The isolated, high-quality bath has an integrated hopper and drain valve, ensuring safe and clean handling of the thermofluid.

Drain syphon SY1: For the rapid draining of baths.

Heat exchange coil CW5: For use with precision and general purpose stirred baths. Temperature range 2 °C above coolant temperature. Coil diameter/l mm 77/55, pipe bore inlet/outlet 7mm.

PP spheres PS20: Between operating temperatures 60 °C and 100 °C and below room temperature a lid or layers of polypropylene spheres can be used. Above 100 °C a lid must be used.
