Flat ground flange reaction vessels

Suitable for glass reactors with SCHOTT flat flange DN 60, DN 100 and DN 150. All Reactor Lids dispose of a centric screw-in thread NPT for connection of a stirrer bearing. The lateral necks, that even dispose of NPT screw-in threads, are arranged round the centric connector. The angles of lateral necks are made for an insertion of probes and tubes aside the centre in order to avoid collisions with the stirrer shaft. With screw in threads for connection of transition fittings and a center neck NPT 1/2". Temperature resistance from -200°C to +250°C, universal chemical resistance, FDA conformity, further combinations on request.

Enables effective cleaning of chemicals and substances that turn from solids to vapours directly without liquidifying first and solidifying again on cooling. The cleaned sublimate can be fully recovered from the conical cooler without difficulty once the sublimation process is complete.

Material: stainless steel. With KF socket, with thread.

Flange in accordance with DIN 12214.
Flask with thermostatic jacket, Model "T" PTFE drain valve and evacuated, silvering on vacuum sleeve.

Flanged tubing nozzles, aluminium. For Type KF small flange.
