Without any filtrate transfer, you can filter into a 50 ml centrifuge tube with the Steriflip® filter unit. Simply screw the filter unit onto your centrifuge tube, tilt it 180 degrees and apply vacuum. The second tube, which is attached to the filter unit, now contains your sterile filtrate.

The Stericup® vacuum filtration system combines a filtrate collection bottle with a Steritop™ filter unit.
