Labels

The DURAN^® TILT Light Shield is a removable white silicone sleeve that covers 94% of the bottle surface. The sleeve blocks damaging ultraviolet light, protects the glass surface from damage, and facilitates safer handling.

The DURAN^® GL 56 Bottle Tags can be used for individual colour coding or for fixing the light shield to the bottle.

DURAN^® bottle top vacuum filtration units for use with the TILT bottle (using an adaptor) or 45 mm media bottles. Manufactured in a Class 100,000 Cleanroom from Class VI non-cytotoxic materials. Supplied sterile.

Re-usable DURAN^® GL 56 filter adaptor allows the use of the TILT bottle with standard 45 mm bottle top filtration units. Manufactured from inert PTFE.

DURAN^® TILT GL 56 self-adhesive cap labels can be used to clearly indicate the separate bottles of media for each cell line, or types of media.

Adhesive tape for label protection
Clear polyester tape with special synthetic adhesive. Resistant to moisture and most solvents. Test results prove the tape remains securely affixed with no discoloration after being autoclaved for 40 minutes at 125 ºC, as well as after one week in liquid nitrogen at -196 °C. All tape sizes are 1 mil thick with 1 mil of acrylic adhesive. Excellent adhesion to glass, metal, PE etc. Supplied in rolls as outlined below.

Tape dispenser
Durable tape dispenser is molded of strong ABS plastic with a steel serrated cutting blade; tape roll held in place by aluminum roller and spring-loaded cover. Includes four non-slip rubber feet and screws. Dimensions (L x W x H): 206 x 117 x 60 mm.

For customizing the white Cryo Boxes, the Rainbow Cryo labels are available in modern colors: red, yellow, green, blue, purple.

The required quantity of glue is dispensed "dot-wise" from a strip, even on difficult surfaces. The adhesive bond can subsequently be loosened easily and rubbed off without leaving any residue. Available in a variety of colours, as outlined below.

The "Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals" (GHS) by the United Nations is the basis for a worldwide unification of existing national systems.

Portable label station holds up to six standard size boxes of Tough-Tags^®, Cryo-Babies^®, and Tough-Spots^®. Just drop the box in the label station and feed the paper through the slot.
