Taking samples is quick, easy, clean and practical.
With the MiniSampler, the sample liquid only comes into contact with the suction hose and the sample bottle. Cross contamination is largely prevented. Bottles can be tightly sealed immediately after the sample is taken with a tamper-evident cap.
The single use, PE suction hose can be quickly replaced, ensuring that samples are never contaminated. A new hose can be used for each sample if required. Because of its small diameter (8mm) and flexibility the hose can reach sampling areas that are otherwise inaccessible. Also suitable for viscous oils.

Alternative Sampler Mini-Sampler, PTFE

UniSampler with PVC hose and hose weight made of stainless steel. For deep, hard-to-reach places. The mass of the metal tube drags the hose to any depth.

Alternative Liquid sampler MiniSampler, PE

Vacuum-operated sample collector for sampling solvents and flammable liquids (Explosion Categories IIA, IIB and IIC) out of drums, tanks, road tankers, railway wagons, ships, lakes, ground water.

• Filling level control, automatic return flow and overfill protection by built-in venting valve

Specially developed for sampling class A1 flammable liquids (e.g. benzene, petrol). Glass bottles and tubing electrically connected and grounded via an earthing cable. The UniSampler "EX" was developed in cooperation with "Gütegemeinschaft Tankschutz e.V."

Operation:
1. Earth the Uni-Sampler. 2. Lower the suction hose to the desired depth. 3. Attach the adapter to the sample bottle. 4. Generate vacuum with the hand pump and collect sample. 5. Remove the filled sample bottle, seal and label.

Ultra-pure sampler with powerful suction for viscousmedia. Specially developed for viscous substances, such as slurries, silt, wet clay and soil samples, sediments, oils, emulsions and creams. The suction flask sucks up and discharges the material. All surfaces are non-porous and crevice-free, preventing dirt accumulation. Only round-profile threads, suitable for food hygiene applications, are used. Allow easy dismantling and cleaning.

Alternative

Sponges and swabs designed specifically for microbial surface sampling. 3M™ Sponge-Sticks are available in wet or dry formats, to fit many applications. The 1.5" x 3" 3M™ Sponge-Stick allows sampling without directly handling the sponge.

The self-priming peristaltic pump is also suitable for dirty or particle-containing substances with a viscosity of max. 500 mPas. Ideal for sampling from barrels, tanks, wells, water separators, waste water and sewage treatment plants. The samples are fed directly into the sample container via the closed hose system.

Robust wire sieve net, very robust and reinforced net version with crossed protection strings at the outside (to prevent the net from deforming). This landing net also has a reinforced net at the edges and therefore allows you to catch small animals directly off the ground. A possible bending is avoided by the strong and simple construction. Transparent. These disposable samplers were developed especially for sampling of strongly adhesive liquids to avoid a complicated cleaning process. PE provides a surface that resists adhesion of the sample material, minimising sample retention on the dip sampler.

Tips for Micro-Sampler.

Resistant to acids and alkaline solutions. Permits the extraction of samples up to a depth of 2000 mm e.g. from tanks, silos or tankers.

Made of clear polystyrene (PS) or transparent polypropylene (PP).

Accessories

For taking free-flowing or self-flowing samples from bulk goods. Emptying takes place via the tip. The sample can be emptied directly into the sample container without having to disassemble the EasySampler, in order to obtain a mixed sample for instance. For sample opening from 52 mm Ø.
