Blender, Stomacher 400 Circulator
The Stomacher 400 Circulator is suitable for use in high qualitative sample processing. The circulator paddle configuration and up-to-date electronics not only give the blender a new appearance, but also continues the development of processing in food microbiology which Seward began 25 years ago. The blending action remains unchanged but with enhanced mixing. Incorporates curved paddles, an island-shaped baffle on the inside of the door and round bottom Stomacher bags mould the bag contents, on closing the door, into a tubular ring. In operation the samples are crushed by the paddle and circulate the suspended debris and diluent. This generates additional processing effects on the samples. The timer and paddle speed can be programmed in combinations of 3 paddle speeds and any time from 1 second to 99 minutes and 59 seconds....
