Clear. Exposure to temperatures up to 121 ºC (autoclaving) will not cause permanently exceeded error limits. Cleaning at temperatures below 60°C is recommended to preserve graduations and inscriptions. Class A tolerance is not affected even after 20 washes and 10 autoclave treatments. (DIN 12681 requires: 10 washes and 3 autoclave treatments). Supplied with batch number and one batch certificate per packing unit. The mark in the middle shows the nominal volume, the upper and lower marks show the error limits as specified in the table below. If the error limit is exceeded even with repeated measurements, the dispenser is defective. The DAkkS-calibrated volumetric flask does not replace the gravimetric test of the monitoring of measuring instruments according to ISO 8655.

The plain and high quality PUR coating envelops the volumetric flasks like a protective skin. In the event of breakage, the safety coating helps contain the glass fragments. The light blue coating facilitates optical distinction. Frequent autoclaving at 121 °C reduces splintering protection. Suitable for dishwashers (cleaning up to max. 95°C).
