Designed for routine aspiration of the supernatent alcohol/buffer from the walls of microtubes during DNA/RNA purification and other macromolecule reprecipitation techniques.

• Fitted with hydrophobic microbiological filter
• The hydrophobic microbiological suction filter eliminates risk of contamination from the trap flask. Efficiency up to 99.9 %, holds particles bigger than 0.027 micron, which are smaller than agents of Hepatitis A, B and C.
• Polyethylene tube connects collecting tip to the trapping flask
• Built-in micro-compressor creates negative pressure in trapping flask for removal of liquid from microtubes

Mit GL-Gewindehälsen und Schraubkappen. Passend für Flaschen mit Gewinde GL 45. Die Mehrfach-Verteiler sind ideal zum Umfüllen von Flüssigkeiten, wobei die Hälse entweder an eine Flüssigkeitsquelle oder an ein Über- bzw. Unterdrucksystem angeschlossen werden (bis Ø max. 8,5 mm). Für den problemlosen Leitungsanschluss empfehlen wir die BOLA-Laborverschraubungen, die Ihrem gewünschten Schlauch-Außen-Durchmesser entsprechend, separat geordert werden müssen.

The CELLCOAT® product line comprises cell culture vessels which are coated with proteins of the extracellular matrix or synthetic proteins. Beside an improved adhesion and proliferation of primary cells and various cell lines. CELLCOAT® plates are highly suitable for serum-free and serum-reduced cell cultivation. Experiments which include additional washing steps or stressful procedures, e.g. transfection. Moreover, the differentiation of individual cell types can be enhanced through the protein-coating.
Collagen Type I is a protein of the extracellular matrix, an intercellular substance which in vivo influences adhesion, migration and proliferation among other processes. Collagen Type I represents one of the most important ECM proteins for in-vitro cell cultures.

• Der BVC control und BVC professional sind mit einer leistungsfähigen chemiebeständigen Membranpumpe ausgestattet. Das Vakuumniveau und damit die Saugkraft am Absaughandgriff lässt sich über ein Touchpanel feinfühlig einstellen.
• Der BVC professional hat zusätzlich einen berührungslosen Füllstandssensor und selbstschliessende Schnellkupplungen

• Alle Systeme sind mit einer vakuumfesten, autoklavierbaren 4l-PP-Flasche oder für das Arbeiten mit aggressiven Desinfektionsmitteln wie Chlorbleiche mit einer 2l-Borosilikat-Glasflasche (alle Typen mit einem "G" in der Beschreibung) erhältlich und für den Anschluss eines zweiten Absaughandgriffs vorbereitet.
