SCRIPT Direct RT-qPCR ProbesMaster allows the quantitative analysis of RNA directly from animal or plant tissue, mucosal swabs, and whole blood. RNA extraction is performed within minutes using a supplied reagent. Purification of the RNA via columns is not necessary, thus enabling enormous savings in time and costs. The mix thus enables robust amplification directly from the sample material with few pipetting steps. It is especially recommended for:
