LABSOLUTE® offers a comprehensive range of syringe filters specially developed for the efficient filtration of aqueous and organic solutions and for aeration. The selection of different housing diameters, membrane types and pore sizes offers the perfect solution for your application. For all filters, intensive quality controls ensure a consistently high quality of both the membrane material and the entire filter unit.
Advantages:
- Adhesive-free production: Housing and membrane are joined by ultrasound - for maximum purity and stability.
- Manufactured under cleanroom conditions and the latest production standards
- Sterile variants: 100 % sterility thanks to gamma irradiation.
- Non-sterile filters are printed with the membrane type and pore size, while sterile filters have this information printed on the individual blister packs
- Compatibility: Standardised Luer connections for universal application
The 13 mm syringe filters consist of a sturdy PP housing that can withstand pressures of up to 5.9 bar. The membrane is securely fixed, reliably preventing the sample liquid from flowing around it.
With a membrane diameter of 13 mm, the filters are ideal for preparing small sample volumes (<10 ml), where a small dead volume is particularly important.
Technical properties:
- Housing diameter: 17 mm
- Membrane diameter: 13 mm
- Filtration area 0.92 cm²
- PP housing: Good chemical resistance to many solvents, acids, and alkalis
- Pressure-resistant up to 5.9 bar
- Inlet: female Luer-Lock
- Outlet: male Luer-Slip
- Low extractable substance content
- Very small dead volume (<10 µl)
