ThinCert™ Zellkultur Einsätze - 6 Well
ThinCert™ Zellkultur Einsätze sind für die Bearbeitung komplexer Fragestellungen in der Zell- und Gewebekultur konzipiert. Sie sind mit CELLSTAR® Standard Zellkultur Multiwell Platten kompatibel. Das Gehäuse und die Membran sind mit Hilfe eines automatisierten Siegelprozesses miteinander verbunden, was zu einer hochfesten und -dichten Verbindung führt, ohne die Membran zu schwächen. Die physikalische Oberflächenbehandlung der PET-Membran ermöglicht eine optimale Adhärenz und Wachstumscharakteristik kultivierter Zellen. Aufgrund ihrer hohen chemischen Widerstandsfähigkeit gegenüber verschiedenen Lösungsmitteln ist die Membran für zahlreiche Fixierprotokolle für Zellen geeignet. Durch ihre spezielle Aufhängung halten ThinCert™ Zellkultur Einsätze jederzeit einen Abstand zum Wellboden, wodurch dort kultivierte Zellen stets vor Beschädigung geschützt sind....
