The BlueVertical™ PRiME™ is a dual minitank system for one or two pre-cast gels and is perfectly suited for protein separations by SDS-PAGE, native PAGE, IEF as well as nucleic acid separations by denaturing or native PAGE.
The instrument consists of an outer buffer tank made of robust, transparent acrylic and the inner running unit. A safety lid closes the top and results in a very compact and robust design.
The outer buffer tank works as a heat sink (passive buffer cooling) and is sufficient for most applications mentioned above.
