Basismaterial: Nano-Kieselgel 60, spezifische Oberfläche (BET) ~500 m²/g, mittlere Porenweite 60 Å, spezifisches Porenvolumen 0,75 ml/g, Partikelgröße 2 bis 10 µm, für präparative Platten (1 mm Schichtdicke) Standardkieselgel 60, Partikelgröße 5 bis 17 µm, pH-Stabilität 2 bis 10. Leuchtstoff: säurestabiles Produkt mit blassblauer Fluoreszenz im kurzwelligen UV-Licht (254 nm); UV-absorbierende Substanzen erscheinen als dunkelblaue bis schwarze Flecken auf hellblauem Untergrund; partielle Octadecylmodifikation, benetzbar mit Wasser, C-Gehalt 14 % Normalphasen- und Reversed Phase Trennungen mit Eluenten von wasserfreien Lösemitteln bis zu Mischungen mit hohen Wassergehalten; die relative Polarität des Eluenten bestimmt die Polarität der Schicht.
Empfohlene Anwendungen: Aminophenole, Barbiturate, Konservierungsstoffe, Nucleobasen, polyzyklische aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, Steroide, Tetracycline, Weichmacher (Phthalate).
