Biodrop Duo è uno strumento da banco esente da manutenzione con un supporto per cuvette e una porta per il campionamento del micro-volume. La porta consente misurazioni dell"assorbimento in soli 0,5 µl di volume del campione senza cuvette. Ideale per misurazioni seriali rapide di DNA, RNA o proteine. Il supporto per cuvette offre la possibilità di misurazioni con volumi maggiori con cuvette convenzionali da 10 mm. Lo strumento ha un ampio touchscreen a colori e applicazioni pre-programmate per la misurazione di DNA, RNA, oligo e proteine.
I dati generati possono essere memorizzati internamente o trasferiti dallo strumento utilizzando una chiavetta USB. Il fotometro può essere utilizzato con un PC e il software di risoluzione BioDrop in dotazione, tramite una connessione USB. È anche possibile selezionare una stampante integrata per una soluzione autonoma completa.

The BioDrop µLite+ has a 0.5 mm microvolume sample port that enables absorbance measurements of 0.5 μl sample volume. The instrument has pre-programmed applications for the measurement of DNA, RNA, oligonucleotides, protein assays, OD600 and a comprehensive menu of common fluorescent dyes for nucleic acids and proteins. Generated data can be stored internally or on a USB stick. The photometer can be operated with a PC and the supplied BioDrop Resolution software.
