The LABSOLUTE® Deep well Plates meet all the important requirements for a wide variety of applications in cell culture, pharmacy and molecular biology. Riplate^® round wells - Standard in Multifunction
Raised wells reduce the risk of cross-contamination and increase the security of hot sealing or sealing with adhesive foils. Riplate^® 1ml is ideal for use in a thermocycler or for defrosting of samples in a hot-water bath. The U-shaped well bottom reduces the death-volume.

Riplate^® square wells - For a Maximum in Capacity
Riplate^® SW have been developed for optimal use of capacity when it comes to sample storage. Due to the SBS-format the outside dimensions of Riplate^® are given. Form follows function: the construction of cavities is crucial for a maximum absorption of liquids.

Riplate^® medio - Saves 50% of Storage Capacity
Due to the compact construction of Riplate^® medio less than 50% stacking size is needed. Higher well rims allow an airtight closure or sealing of Riplate^® medio. The alphanumeric marking allows registration and identification of single assays.

Riplate^® 384 - Optimized for Smaller Volumes

An it is suitable for work with cell cultures. The improved Rounded Square Well Design allows flexible working volume of 15 - 110 μl, with the advantages of a round well, such as reduced wicking and bubbling.

The Matrix™ SepraSeal sealing mats are suitable for securely sealing sample tubes with or without 2D code. The CELLCOAT® product line comprises cell culture vessels which are coated with proteins of the extracellular matrix or synthetic proteins. Streptavidin-coated solid phases serve as a reliable binding surface for biotinylated molecules of any kind. Streptavidin solid phases therefore offer the possibility to easily and quickly isolate, detect and quantify components from a reaction. The solid phase is treated with an additional blocking step in order to minimize unspecific binding, i.e. pre-blocking of the plates is not necessary. Furthermore, unusual stringent washing conditions are given, which can positively favour the signal-to-background ratio of the measurement.
